Hi,
Can employees manage their own working schedules in amelia if they sign into their dashboard?
Also, can an employee change his google calendar like add a meeting to it and amelia syncs and removes the available time from the available times for that employee automatically? It seems that if you have to manage all employee schedules when they have the freedom to set their own schedule, then you're doing a lot of work when they could manage their own schedules.
Thanks,
Hello Marcus,
Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, the employee can manage their working hours in the employee panel
All you have to do is to give them those permissions in Amelia / settings / role settings
As for the Google calendar, if you have synchronized it with Amelia, then the calendar will work in that way.
If the customer books an appointment it will be displayed in Google Calendar and if your employee enters his appointments in the calendar and sets it as busy then the slot will not be available for booking in Amelia.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
