How can I remove the Service from being shown on the second page of booking? Since the customer has already selected the Service on the first page, it doesn't need to be displayed again. I have tried removing this in the Customize section of Amelia but can't see how to remove it. See the screenshots attached.
In addition, is it possible to remove the ENTIRE left column, so instead it displays a full-width view of the booking calendar?
This might be tricky, because generally when we hide or remove an element from one booking step, it affects the other steps of the booking as well, but we will do our best to see if we can get a solution for this.
We generally don't do custom solutions, but we like to take any suggestions to improve the plugin, then our developers work on adding it, after reviewing all the suggestions.
But we do extra effort, and customise basic CSS whenever possible.
I tried to create some basic custom CSS to achieve this, but it seems that we won't be able to correctly do it, without hiding it completely from the entire page...
Same goes for the other question - Even though i am not sure if i understood, basically, you would like to remove that entire section as i highlighted, so that you can see the time slot selection in the full width of the booking calendar, right?
I will have to check with our senior 2nd level Team if we can come up with something at this time;
and i will get back to you on it as soon as possible.
Thanks so much for your reply. My wife, who is far better with CSS than I, was able to hide the column and force the calendar full-width. So it's working well now.
However, for reference, I am coming from using Calendly for my scheduling needs. One thing I really liked is how on the scheduling page, the left column shows the Employee name, Service name and Location so it is very clear what they are scheduling for. So for Amelia, to be able to get rid of the drop down menu of service selection and simply put place holders %service_name% or %employee_full_name%, etc.
When I have time, I will see if I create a mock-up image of what I'm referring to.
Ok, for now, I've changed my mind on this. After looking through the step-by-step booking process of Amelia and comparing to what I had been using (Calendly), I think I actually prefer Amelia's process. Amelia has an extra step, but I think that extra step is likely to lead to less confusion among my customers. Plus the feedback from them since my site went live has been nothing but positive. So you can close this ticket if you'd like.
As I said to Markos in another ticket, I am totally thrilled with Amelia. I've written reviews on Capterra, wordpress.org and am recommending Amelia on r/wordpress on reddit when appropriate. I literally had no idea just how good your plugin is or what was capable of until I started actually using it. Your support here and your documentation has been fantastic.
The main feature I'd love to see is a waiting list, which I've already upvoted that suggestion on your 'suggest a feature/improvement' page.
And thank you very much for all the kind words, we truly are inspired by such positive feedback, and we love suggestions on improving the plugin, especially good ones;
so thank you for that, as well.

Hey, Jason
First of all, i want to apologise for all the waiting time.
I have been looking at some details through the weekend but was unable to fully advise yet.

Regarding removing the dropdown selection from the booking,
basically, i would say you can experiment with various shortcodes , of course, on a Test page, to see how it looks;
For example, For Step-by-Step Booking Wizard view, you can try :
[ameliabooking service=1] if you want to show the booking form for the service with ID 1.
or
[ameliabooking employee=1] if you want to show the booking form for the employee with ID 1;
please check out all of our available Amelia shortcodes here;
