Hello...Is there a way to change the day of the week that the calendar begins? Right now, it begins on Monday. The beginning of a week is usually Sunday, especially for the businesses Amelia serves - spas, gyms, etc. This is causing problems with people booking on the wrong day on the front end and showing up the day before their appointment. And sometimes, even on the back end because the way the calendar scrolls, there's no way to see the top which lists the days.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?

First of all, thank you once again for participating in our Success Stories. My colleague Vanja has forwarded me all your requests so I am writing you in detail about each one below:
1. Custom fields - the idea of custom fields in Amelia is to create different types of fields that will be shown on the step where the customer enters the first and last name, email, etc., so you can gather additional info from the customers. You can choose for each field whether it will be a simple text field where customers will just enter the details, or it will be a select box, checkbox, or radio button if you want customers to choose from various options. Also for each field, you can choose whether it will be mandatory and for which service/event it will be shown, so you can gather different info for different services/events. On the other hand, if you want to display additional info, you can choose the Text Content custom field and just display additional info for the new customers. You can also add placeholders of the custom fields in the email templates so you can receive additional info about the customer in the notifications. As for the option for sending different email templates for new and old customers, I must say that something like this isn't possible at the moment, but I have forwarded your request to our developers to see what we can do in the future.
2. Expiration date for coupons - we are working on this option at the moment and will probably be in our next update.
3. Option to freeze the top where the date and the day are shown in the calendar - unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment, but I also forwarded this to our team to see if we can implement this in the future since the suggestion is really good.
4. Booking from the back-end calendar - if I understood right you have an issue while making the appointment from the back-end calendar because sometimes busy time slots are not visible? Currently, the breaks are not visible in the calendar as well as the events from Google or Outlook sync. We plan to improve the calendar once we begin with the entire back-end redesign, until then I advise using the Appointments page and modal for adding the appointment since the available dates and time slots will be shown as they should.
5. People who book on-site appointments get the Google Meet link - this is something for thinking about but certainly something that needs to be done in a better way, so we will give our best to find a better solution in the next period.
6. Customer appointment history kept on the Customers profile - this is planned but not in the near future. We plan to do the complete back-end redesign because lots of options in Amelia made it complicated. Our plan is to modernize it, make changes to simplify it (but keep all options) and add new options, and one of them will be a customer history.
7. Style notifications with CSS - this is possible if you know how to add CSS inside the HTML. I am sending you one link that can help https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_css.asp, but please let us know if you need additional help from our support.
P.S. We are now preparing the story, so I wanted to ask you if you could send us some pictures of you and your business that we can use for the story.

Also, we have seen that you have several services with the same name but with different duration. Since the 5.3 version of the Amelia plugin, we have added an option to set different durations for a single service. You can read more about that at the following link.
