In conditional formatting > Set cell content, I would like to modify the content, but using the original content of the column. Is there any placeholder to use there the value of the columns of the table.
For example, the value of my column is "slug-of-my-post" and I would like to modify the content to "https://myweb.com/slug-of-my-post". Is it possible?
Maybe, in other cases, I will need to use the value of other column of the same row. Other table plugins let you do this using placeholders for referencinf column values.
Can you tell me if I can do this with this plugin?
I am sincerely sorry to disappoint you, but after checking with our senior Team, i can confirm this is not possible at this time with our plugin.
- I will pass the suggestion to developers, but you can also add your suggestion for this as a built-in feature on this page and our developers would place it on their "TO-DO" list.
As more customers request a feature, it gets pushed quicker on the list. We always strive to make our product better and deliver the most value to our end users, so we carefully review each suggestion.
And you can follow our changeLog page, where we always state new features/changes on each Update.

Hi, Alba
Thank you for showing interest in wpDataTables.
To start with, i can give you some general information about our Placeholders, you could check out this documentation page that explains them.
And, we have an example of how an SQL CONCAT function can be used with our plugin on this video, perhaps that might be useful.

I am not 100% sure if exactly what you described is possible with our plugin, to be fully honest.
I will have to check with our senior 2nd level Team, and will get back to you to confirm it.
Thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
