1. Events have a separate section. But Events can be displayed in the calendar, but only if the employee is assigned to the Event.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. 

For now, you can only add notes for customers, not for events.

But that's a good suggestion I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. 

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Unfortunately, we still don't have anything for you, we're working on it. As far as we have seen so far, you are the only one to whom this is happening, because everything worked on every device we tested on.

As this is an isolated issue, and not a group issue, it is more difficult to establish what exactly is happening because we do not have a large number of data.

But we will find it, unfortunately, it lasts much longer than usual.

Unfortunately, we still don't have news for you because we can't replicate the issue. And we haven’t received new tickets that this is happening to anyone else. 

Since you have talked to the users to whom this is happening, we would ask you to please ask them to contact us, because the more data we have the easier is to see what the issue is. For now, this only appears to be happening to you. As soon as we have a solution for you we will contact you.

We didn't create a forum, so we don't know if there is some kind of forum. As for testing the connection, there is nothing you can do about the connection from your end for now. If my colleagues need some additional access, they will tell me, and I will ask you for what they need.

Sorry for the delay, we've been testing this on multiple sites (both our sites and our customers' sites) and this seems to be an issue on about 1/3 of the checked sites.

The problem has been forwarded to our development team and they are working on it. Since a new update should go out this week I'm not sure if they'll be able to include the fix in it but we sure hope they will.

After you see an update is released, update the plugin purge the cache on your website and test again. Let us know, then, if the issue is resolved.

Did you update the plugin? Is the issue still there? I'll make sure to forward it to our developers again, so they can prioritize it if it's still not working.

Also, could you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue?

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
