i customize label for added persons (because i want client tell me directly the amount of people):
I need clients choose how many people will be together at the appointment (instead how many people will be added at the person who is booking appointment)
but the system at the end of process, still calculate person adding 1 more person, which is person who booked appointment)
I believe i understand now. You don't wish them to count themselves as 1 person, and then calculate the others, you would rather them say the total number including themselves for the table.

You can create a custom field, to ask the customer something like "how many people will be in total, including themselves", like this :
And remove the "bringing anyone with you" option, Amelia is going to treat this as a single person appointment.
So, let's say if you set maximum capacity of a table to 5 people;
and in the Amelia Appointment Settings, disable to Allow booking below minimum capacity - this way the customer who makes a reservation has to reserve the entire table for their group ( no matter how many people they bring), to not allow people who don't know each other to book same table.
-
And it will look like this on the front- end :
So, basically, this is going to achieve your goal, to make the mandatory custom field, in which a customer has to write how many people will be reserving the table - but Amelia is going to consider this as a 1 person appointment.
I just wanted to advise, after checking with the developers;
they are working on improving the customization options for the booking forms, i can't say an ETA on it, but in one of the future updates, we are going to include exactly the option that you need.
But for the time being, it is going to be like this, as "additional people" - if that makes sense?
-
This workaround with the custom form i suggested is the only way, for now, until we launch that change in the future.
Let me know how that sounds, and if you have further questions. Thank you
Regarding the first question, i would say probably several months, but we don't like to say any ETA's because during development, sometimes unpredictable factors can happen that postpone development times,
so it is very tricky regarding that. But they will do their best for it to be in the next few months, we hope so.

2 . At this time, it is not possible to insert any fields in the first step of the booking process.
Firstly they have to choose their time slot, and then when they get asked for the name, email, etc; this is the only step where we can add custom fields.
I'll kindly ask you to also add it as your personal feature suggestion on this page.

Hi Guys,

How can i fix this?
Hi, Gerardo
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I am not sure i understood the issue.
Did you set the service to have ability for customer to choose now many people they bring?
When they choose the number, then you can easily see how many people they are bringing.
But maybe i am not understanding this correctly.
Please elaborate in more details and we will help. Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Yes i set that service, but i don't want ask a customer how many people he's bringing "with" him...
I want to change the request and ask customers the number of people they will be "togheter" at the appointment.
Ex. I wan't to ask customers: How many people will be at the same table?
This because, a mental process of adding persons, could confuse and mislead a Customer who is focused only on number to choose.
This approach, of course have an impact on the appointments report...
Hope this request is more clear
Thank you for your patience

Would this be a solution for you?
