In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

The booking confirmation email does not start, although we have entered all the settings. In fact, we followed the tutorial on https://wpamelia.com/notification-settings/ but, when in the "Notifications" section we go to send the test email it tells us "
Error - The email was not sent "

Good morning. I used the guidelines of the article you sent me (https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/18058/), using a Gmail account. These worked on two projects but now we have a problem. We have a site (on wordpress.org, not on wordpress.com) on which we cannot set Amelia's notifications, despiteeven thoughail account used is Gmail and followed the same procedure as the other times she indicated. What can we do?
