We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Applying Google Meet to a subset of listed services

    Hi,

How can I add the Google Meet functionality to some listed services but not others in the same Booking module? My client does in-office and remote sessions. Also, because he offers 4 different options of remote sessions, the client needs to select the type of remote session that he is booking.

    I.e.:

    In office - Type A - 90 minutes - $150.00

    In office - Type A - 55 minutes - $100.00

    In office - Type B- 55 minutes - $100

    In office - Type C - 55 minutes $55.00

    Remote - Type A - 90 minutes - $150.00

    Remote - Type A - 55 minutes - $100.00

    Remote - Type B - 55 minutes - $100

    Remote - Type C - 55 minutes $55.00

I have all 8 of these services listed in the same booking module, but want to apply the Google Meet Functionality to the 4 remote sessions/email notifications.

Is this possible? If not, what is the best "work-around". Perhaps an additional booking module on a separate page. ....If thats the only solution, how do the different types of remote sessions get listed?

How are people making Google Meet work in Amelia?

    Thank you,

    Nicole

    Hello Nicole,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/

We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

To set up and use Google Meet for scheduling and maintaining online meetings you will need to set the Google Calendar synchronization first and connect your employees to their Google Calendars. How to set the Google Calendar you can read on our documentation page here.

After you have configured your settings for Google Calendar, you will need to connect your employees with Google calendars so appointments can be created as events in the Google Calendar. Go to the Employees page and click on one employee to open the profile for editing. Once you’ve opened the Employee profile you will see an option to connect the Google Calendar with the employee.

    Kind Regards,
