Hi I love your plugin, however i am trying to put a clients services in and all of a sudden it stopped saving, so the issue is that once you save put in the details of the service it does not save the service and in some cases it simply hangs but i can not add services (there are only about 15 services so far and i can not add more services) I have not added any new plugins since i installed Amelia, can you please help to resolve this issue. it either gets stuck at the screenshot show or it simply does not save

I seem to have figured out the issue. just to be sure can someone tell me how many characters can be used in the description of the service ? seems to not save when you exceed a certain number of characters..

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
