Hello, I setup Amelia for my walking tour events and so far things look really promising. I understand most aspects of your great plugin and I am already live and taking bookings but now I realized that there is an approved status, the circle on the right side of the participants names. How does that work? I realized that one of the participants for today's event had a red circle and therefore didn't count as a participant. How do participants confirm their participation and when would the circle turn red. Is overbooking possible when someone hasn't confirmed? Is there a way to disable that system? I would the slots to automatically be confirmed once the person booked. Thank you and best regards, Gerhard
Hello Gerhard,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can set the default appointment status on the settings of the specific service or even globally on the Amelia/Settings/General settings page. That customer has either canceled the appointment or the appointment has been canceled from the back-end.
Hope this helps you.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
