Is there a way to make past events disappear without deleting them? In the list view it's kind of okay since the list automatically picks the date and past events are not on top of the list. Still I would want visitors not to be able to choose past dates to see what events took place. In the calendar view the past events are always present. Is it possible to not display past events without deleting them?
Hello Marko, thank you for your answer. I just deleted events myself. Is there another way to cancel the event than canceling them from the events list? The problem is that every guest gets a cancelation email when I cancel the past event. That doesn't make any sense.
It seems to be impossible not to show past events. There is no option for hiding them and deleting them manually sends cancelation emails to every customer. That we can't do because it would endlessly annoy and confuse past customers. I would appreciate another solution or a fix.
I understand and agree with you. For now, there is no such possibility, Amelia is designed that way. But I will forward the ticket to our colleagues from that sector and I hope that it will be resolved in the future, but unfortunately, I cannot promise you anything.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
I contacted colleagues and they informed me that a task had been created so that events from the past could be deleted without cancellation. We just can't promise when it will be, but it will be implemented in Amelia in the future.

Hello Gerhard,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, this is not possible to achieve if you do not delete them yourself. There is no other way.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Kind Regards,
