If an employee notification is sent, the customer notifications should also be sent, because notifications use the same settings. We tried to do a test booking but we didn't succeed because the event needs to be paid for.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You have to click on language and then the two different notifications appear. So far it has ignored whatever is written in the box before you click on language. But I will add something again and see if it makes a difference. Will follow up soon.
Ok, you're right, that helped. So when adding from the backend it uses the email template that is shown before you select a language.
On the front end it sends the email in the language of the logged in user.
It would be nice to be able to select which language I want it to send in, when manually adding from the backend. But I can put both languages in this template.
How do you think the scheduled emails will work, will they remember which language they are supposed to be sent in, or do I also need to put both languages in the notification template?
We apologize for that, sometimes it happens that the ticket does not show all the parts. This rarely happens and we do apologize.
For all notifications for different languages, you must create a separate template and save it. And notifications will be sent depending on the language in which the client booked your appointment.
You are most welcome, and we are happy that we were able to help you. If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Hi. I have set up a "Event Booked" notification to the customer which works fine when the normal booking process is used.
However if I add an attendee manually in the backend, it is not sent. The employee does receive a notification, but not the customer.
Shouldn't this be sent? How to fix it?
In the general settings, "notify customer by default" is checked.
Thanks.

Hello Christine,
We tested booking from both the backend and the front end and did not receive a single notification for both booking cases.
When we went to your site and checked the notifications, we noticed that you have created a notification for the employee event book.
While for a customer event booked you have not created a notification and for that reason, notifications cannot be sent because they are not created.
When you create notifications be sure to save them and then do a test booking it should work after that.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thanks. Are you saying, even for the scheduled (cron) notifications, it will remember which language the ticket was booked in?
Hello Christine,
Yes, it should know on which language the ticket was booked in, but you must create a separate notification and save it for all different languages.
Hope this helps.
