I am sorry, but i don't seem to fully understand what you described.

For example, if you need to change the labels, such as "service", or "employee", we can do this in the Customize section of Amelia.

You could say "Boats" instead of "Services",

or alternatively you could make services named as "Rent a boat" or something similar;

and create dummy employees to pose as "boats", by changing the employee label to "boat":

and then you can create the respective time slots , when you input the working hours for each "employee ( boat) "  ;

I can see what you mean, for this use-case you would like to have two types of labels depending on the category of service that these providers are assigned to.

We are truly sorry to disappoint you, but at this moment we do not have a valid solution.

As you pointed out , that is correct, now we can only change these labels for all employees,

but this is a great idea for an improvement, so if you can be so kind, please add your suggestion for our developers, they will do their best to add an option for this as soon as possible.
