We are not HIPAA compliant. We will work on that in the future, but for now, we are not HIPAA compliant.

Can customers store their credit cards? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.

Is it possible to authorize payment for a service, but not charge the account until the time of the appointment? - Unfortunately, no customers pay for each appointment at the end of a booking process

Alternatively, if a customer cancels an appointment is there a way to automate the refund process? - I'm afraid, at the moment there's no feature for refunding Customers in Amelia. Therefore, refunds should be proceeded manually through the payment system.

Locations - You don't have to have a physical address, you can create Zoom as the location. Of course, you can find our demos here

Is it possible to link client records?  For example, a couple or a parent/child. - 

 Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.

How do you recommend handling Intake Forms?  We need the clients to execute certain disclosure documents before their first appointment. - We have a custom fields option where the client can upload documentation but this is done in the last step of booking after which they have to pay for the appointment to book it.
