Hello, when does the customer access panel notification go out to a customer. I was under the impression that it when out to the recipient whenever I add a new customer appointment. But that is not the case, and it doesn't look like it needs a cron job scheduling like the appt reminders. Thank you!

The customer panel access notification gets sent out when the customer clicks on "Send access link" or "Forgot password". If you prefer, you can add the customer panel URL placeholder in the "Appointment approved" notification template.
