We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Dear support,
my customer has activated custom pricing for a trip he offers. If you book there, you have 3 options.
1) be part as not beeing a pilot
2) book slot for kid
3) book as pilot
As you can see in the screenshot, the option 1) is always pre selected. In addition he does not want to give the opportunity to book more then one slot, because he needs to get for each customer the customer data as adresses and so on.
He is experiencing that he gets calls because customer do not realize that they need to set the preselection to zero if they want to book an other option then 1). Example:
Customer want to book 3), he tries to click at 3 plus one but it is grey because 1) is already pre selected. He needs first to set 1) to zero.
Is it possible that there is no preselection and every custom pricing slot is first open and set to zero?

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
We checked with our colleagues that will be changed soon, we don't have an exact eta for that.
For now, you can add some text elements above the form to write that it is necessary to delete 1 from the first option in order to be able to buy another ticket if they wish.
We are aware that this is not an ideal solution, we will do our best to change it as soon as possible.
