We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I switched to Amelia yesterday and really like it so far but have one major problem. In the calender view there is no time showing. That in itself would not yet be a problem since people could click on the date they want to see the time but when clicking an event the display of time is also not very clear. My events only last a couple of hours on one day.
The only place the time shows up is on the second screen under schedule but the start and the end time are underneath each other like that:
Schedule:
FRI
May 13
9:30 am
12:00 pm
which could be mistaken for two separate time slots and is not clear and well visible at all. If the event only lasts one day, there should only be one date underneath the image gallery. Instead of:
May 13, 2022 - May 13, 2022
it should be:
May 13, 2022 - 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
or something like that. If the event lasted for several days, the display would be fine since the schedule section would list several times and become more visible.
When continueing the booking process, on the following three screens, there is no time displayed at all. Therefore, if someone missed the event time on the first screen, they don't know at what time the event happens until they receive the confirmation.
Maybe I am missing something but I searched the settings extensively and can't find anything to fix this.
Hello Gerhard,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Our shortcode for Event Calendar looks and works in that way so you didn't seem to miss anything. Unfortunately, the view of our booking forms cannot be changed.
You can take a look at our Event list booking form, which might suit you better.
It looks like this
The time format and other data are presented a little differently here, and you might prefer the Event list booking form.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you for your answer. That's what I was thinking. I would love to use the Calendar view, but only the List view really seems to make sense. It would be great, if that could be improved. I guess I am not the only one with that problem. The time only appears in the second step and there it's not clear if it's start and end time or two different time slots. In the list view, is it possible to have some kind of endless scroll or pagination. At the moment it seems like the list just becomes really long, if I have 100-200 events scheduled.
Hello Gerhard,
I understand what you mean I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
As for the long list of events, you can use some specific shortcodes to shorten the list something like this
Please note: If you're using tags in the shortcode, make sure to copy the single quotes from #2 in the list above because of issues with different keyboard layouts that may not apply the tag if used.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
