I switched to Amelia, and now I am creating events. The problem I have is that when creating an event and assigning an organizer and a staff member, the notification email mentions them both.
It says for example:
My name is Gerhard, Leo. I will be your guide in Salzburg. Your reservation for the Tour is confirmed, and I look forward to meeting you! Here are the tour details:
With Gerhard being the organizer and Leo being the staff member. The same happens with email, phone number and all other employee details.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello, thank you for your answer. I would prefer not to provide admin access at the moment. I have 2fa activated and don't have a plugin for temporary access at the moment. Also, Amelia seems to be working very well except for that. Maybe it's something I don't understand.
Is it normal to have the organizer or the staff as employee details in the emails? I just also realized after triggering the cron job for email follow up, that, if the guide is added as an organizer, no details are added to the follow-up. If the guide is added as staff, the employee variables in the follow - up work normally. Is it normal that follow - up emails only include staff information. What is the difference between adding organizers and staff. Would there be any downside to only adding staff and never adding organizers?
thank you for your answer and for understanding. Attached you find the screenshot.
The notifications setting are very straight forward, so I guess they are fine.
I now only put staff in the event settings instead of organizers. That way seems to work fine in confirmation and follow up emails. Is there any upside to also having an organizer? When I put an organizer, details don't show in the follow and when I add an organizer and a staff, double details show in the confirmation.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
We will have to look into this from our end. Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the email when both the organizer and staff are present in the email?

Hello Gerhard,
That is fine. Can you please provide me with the screenshot of the notification template so I can perform checks and provide you with an update?
Looking forward to your reply.
