These settings are displayed on the front end for booking and on the back end when creating an appointment like this
So this format only applies to booking and not to the employee's working hours settings.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

I have Wordpress settings to time format 8:00 PM, but Amelia is still showing 24-hour format, which is 20:00 in this case. See attached images.
According to your article (https://wpamelia.com/wordpress-date-time-settings/), Amelia should follow Wordpress's time format settings. But this isn't happening as expected, how to fix this?
