In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I have an issue : for my customers it’s difficult to pay for multiple events at the same time. I have stripe activated on my Amelia app and the way it works is by asking for credit card when a user clicks on en event. If they want to book multiple events they have to enter credit card info multiple times and it’s bothering.
I wanted to maybe try the woo commerce integration for my customers to add all events to cart and then checkout, but I have an issue :
I also use the services on Amelia and my default payment option is to pay at the desk, not on the platform, which if convenient for me.
Is there a way to have woocommerce only for events and on desk/stripe for services ?
Do you get my issue ? Is there a way top simplify user experience for booking multiple events at the same time without breaking the ux for the services ?

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. All appointments and events must be booked separately at the moment there is no way to book them all at once.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Once you enable the WooCommerce service option, other payment methods will be disabled since WooCommerce supports the same payment methods, or you can just enable PayPal or Stripe it is entirely up to you. But you can not have WooCommerce for one and Stripe for the other I'm afraid.
