In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I am seeking help regarding the booking procedure please. Once the day is chosen a sub menu with hours shows up but the selected day does not remain highlighted or circled.
Can we make it happen this way people know the day when they choose the right timing.

This depends on your theme and your color settings in the Amelia customize section.
In any case, your customers will see the date and time on the last step of the booking process before clicking on the confirm appointment.

I will forward the information to my web manager and see.I understand that at the end of the booking process all is clear and displayed for the client but to make it "idiot proof" like for me, I see better the booking process if the day remains selected when the timing is chosen.
As a therapist, I know some of us are more visual receptive , some sound receptive or touch as well.

You're welcome, and I absolutely agree with you and understand you. The screenshot I sent you is from my site, the date selected remains and it is visible (in my case the purple color you can see was the primary color in the settings) it also depends on your settings but I believe that your web developer will succeed adjusting as you wish.
