I created ameila with all my content - went to go download woocommerce and ameila stopped working. I am trying out the free version of the Amelia plugin with a customer of mine. The dashboard and other settings pages are not loading properly, it just shows a continually loading Amelia icon. Also, when I try to add an event it does not complete the action and creata a new event. I have wordpress 5.5.1, with PHP version 7.4.22

Please check first which version of Amelia you are using and if it is 4.6 version, if not please update it to the latest version as old versions are not maintained and when the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.
When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.
Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category and send us the logins there in the private ticket.
The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.
Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
