We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Dear Support,
It may happen that my server is down exceptionally. The websites are then unavailable. And, my AMELIA employees can no longer make appointments by phone because they don't have a copy of the schedule, so they don't know if an employee is available or not.
I would like to find a solution to have a copy of the AMELIA schedule for all employees at all times, so that I can make appointments by phone.
What do you recommend? Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hi Uros,
Can I synchronise the Amelia planning of all the employees with one single Google account ?
If yes, I will have always a copy of the planning in Google in case of the server is down.
What do you think of this kind of workaround ? Can I add the same Google account in each employee setting ?

Hello Frédéric,
You could do that and it will work, but please note that when one employee has a busy event on the calendar, the time slot will be blocked for other employees as well. I would suggest adding multiple Google Calendars to one application. You can read the following article on how to do that.
