We had a minor bug with the event tag with the latest update but it is now resolved. We are not sure exactly what it looks like at you end, but we are sending you the latest version of Amelia in the attachment, and a brief guide on how to update Amelia. 

Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled. 

Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.

After you do this please purge the cache from your site and this should resolve your issue.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

You are welcome. You need to go to the page where you set that shortcode tag and change it or delete it and set a new shortcode for the event.
