On SOME outlook accounts when trying to connect to AMELIA we get this error screen when trying to accept authentication on the azure app permissions screen.
However this only occurs on SOME outlook accounts not every single one.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this some sort of setting in Azure that is causing this?
I can't help you with this issue, but I'm also reporting a similar issue. I have udpated to the new version of Amelia and Outlook Sync has stopped working for me
In the past couple of weeks, we noticed a lot of accounts have these authentication issues on Azure:
To be honest, we are still investigating it, but it seems that it is coming from Azure, and so far we are not able to fully identify the issue.
- We will do our best to resolve it as quick as possible, to do anything we can from our end, but see if you go to the Azure Active Directory, for those accounts that are not working;
and if you get a similar looking error as on the screenshot - it is worth a shot to reach out to Azure support to see if they can shed some light on the matter.
- I will escalate this with our senior 2nd level Team as well, and as soon as i get more information i will report back on this ticket.
