In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, we have a problem with Amelia and Google Calendar. We offer group classes, and recently, even if we have group classes with people already booked, they are showing in both Amelia and google Calendar, the availabilities are blocked for new people to register. It only happened recently. Could it be because the client changed is google calendar password ? we reconnected the employee but the problem is still there. What can we do to be able to book those group classes ? Help and thanks !!

I am trying to replicate the issue, but I can't seem to do it.
For example, I took the Veil Wednesday • Group Class at 11th of May; there are 5/30 booked customers;
if I go to the front page; I can still make a new booking for the same time slot as a new customer;
So, I am not sure, if I understood correctly, to replicate the issue, I should not be able to make a booking for a new customer for any group appointment that already has some customers in the time slot?

Hi Milos, I told Miros that we had to put an old backup from May and that the problem was solved we don't know what happened between amelia and google but the backup solved the problem... so please don't try anything else for now if the issue comes back will get back to you thanks !!
