I purchased a lifetime subscription to Amelia with the understanding it was fully customizable. I have spent over a month trying to get it to work properly, 15 day return policy is not nearly enough time to work out issues. Anyway, I hired two different web design companies who said they know Amelia, to help fix glitches in this app with no progress. They now say Amelia will not work properly for my business needs. I think they are wrong and don't know the fine details. I work in real estate inspections. Here are my 3 big issues: 1.) Clients book an appointment for a home they wish me to inspect before purchase. When they book online they provide their contact details and book the time and date AND the address I need to inspect. But, on my end their home address does NOT show up on my calendar, instead, it only shows MY business address, not the address I need to go inspect. 2.) I have Amelia synced to my Google Calendar so I can easily see all my appointments in real-time. But, the sync between Amelia and Google Calendar is not working right as the times don't match up correctly. The correct time on Amelia may say 10 am, but Google shows 1 am or 4 am. this throws everything off in my scheduling of appointments. 3.) How do businesses keep track of Amelia's appointments when they are in the field? I have been unable to track appointments on my phone with Amelia. My old Genbook booking app had an actual app that I could use on my phone to see all my booked appointments, it worked perfectly but they sold the company and it is no longer available. Hence, my need to connect with Google Calendar. Those are the big 3 issues I need to get fixed. Ideally, when someone books an appointment, all I need to see is the client's Name, Phone, Address, and date of the inspection. Those should be right up front that I can easily access when I am out in the field. Instead, all I see is in the image below and NONE of this helps me know who my client is or where my appointment is located. Please let me know if these issues are fixable. If not I wish to request a refund because I am not able to use Amelia for my business. If needed I can give you a temporary password to access my Amelia app on my Word press site so you can review the settings. Lastly, I am a small shop and I am the only person that goes out on inspections. So, technically I am the only "employee". Thank you for your help with my booking needs.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

1. For that purpose, you could add a custom field called "Adress" where customers can add their address and it will be connected to the appointment.
2. Please check if there is a difference in time zones between Amelia and the Google Calendar as that could be an issue with your Google Calendar sync.
3. For the purpose of having more details on the Google Calendar event, you can edit the description of the event on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page, where you can add any placeholder that you need.
