How can I collect more information from my participants? eg. age, allergies etc. This information is necessary for certain events. With Eventbrite you can set the fields directly and add custom fields. I can't find the form here. Only for the services, not for the event participants. Where can I do this?
Hello Jenny,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
When you go to the Amelia / customize section there you will see the custom fields option. In the custom fields option, you can choose which events you want to display a specific custom field for.
Just like in the screenshot
Hope this helps.
Please try it out and let us know have you managed it.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Awesome, thank you! Where can I then find the collected data?
Hello Jenny,
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you.
To find the data from the custom fields you must go to Amelia/events and choose the event and click on attendee
After that you just click on edit attendee and you will see the data that they have entered
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
