For the email to participants: I can insert the respective event location or location_description and insert a text in the event location description beforehand. But I can't add any pictures or text links to the pictures for the description so that people can see where they're ringing the bell, walking, which door etc. I've now added the written links to the pictures on my server in the location description, but that looks really stupid . Do you have a solution?
I have confirmed this with our senior team and developers.
- I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our built-in functionalities in Amelia.
The developers will work on adding this, but I can't say an ETA when they might start working on it.
I will pass this to them, but please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Thanks, yeah I can insert the picture directly in the notification (email). That'ds right.
My question was linked more to having a picture in the location description. Is that possible? I don't see the possibility to switch to html there...
Hi, Jenny
Sorry for the delay.
I can see what you mean now, sorry about that, i misunderstood.
You are correct - it seems we don't currently have a built-in way to switch this to render HTML...
I will check with our senior 2nd level Team, and the developers, if we can do a workaround at this time, or if they plan on adding this in the future.
As soon as i confirm, i will come back to you. Thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
