We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi There,

First of all, love the plugin honestly best events plugin by far. I am wondering, Is it possible to change the Front end calendar view so that we could show a daily and weekly view? We would like to put the Daily view on the home page where people can check what is happening "Today" (and only today). A weekly view that they can see in better detail all the events that are happening this week.

    Regards,

    Padrick.

    Hello Padrick,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, there is no such view for events, but maybe you can achieve it to some extent with some of our shortcodes. We are sending you an artocle with all our shortcodes that we have will certainly be of help to you in the future

    Amelia Shortcodes and Front-end Implementation

    For the Event booking:
    1. [ameliaevents] or [ameliaevents type=list] if you want to show a list of all your events,
    2. [ameliaevents tag='name'] if you want to show just the events that belong to the same tag defined during the creation of events, where “name” will be replaced with the tag name,
    3. [ameliaevents event=1] if you want to show only the event with ID 1 without its recurring events,
    4. [ameliaevents event=1 recurring=1] if you want to show the event with ID 1 with all his recurring events.
    5. [ameliaevents type=calendar] if you want to show events in a calendar view.

    Hope some of these help.

If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

    Kind Regards,
