Hi! My client's website is experiencing a weird bug. When using the "lost password" function in the sign in form, the link received sends the user to... sign in again. Unless you are already logged in, then it works fine. Which makes no sense. Please help!
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Can i take a remote look to see and isolate the issue?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And if you can point me to the page that has the customer Panel, please.
for some reason, i had the impression that we had the option to "remove password" for employees;
but that option only exists for the customer Panel;
For employees, they do have to log in using their email and password, every time they go to the Panel ; and when they use the "forgot password", this is used so that they can receive their lost credentials again;
if they follow the "URL to the employee panel", this only serves to get them to the page;
but they do have to use the credentials, if not logged in- and they can change the password from their Profile on the Panel.
if all of that makes sense?
I apologise for the confusion ( I had to double-check this myself), but that is how the Amelia logic is set for the employee Panel.
Let me know how that sounds, and if anything was not clear, of course.

Ok, that's what I had read!
It would be a great idea to implement this option...
Thanks
Hi, Sabrina
I agree. We will do our best to implement it in the future, I will suggest it to the developers.
I just forgot to add - there is a workaround, if you want to allow employees access to the back-end of WordPress Amelia;
it is possible to create Wp users use same credentials as on the Employee Panel ( or customer panel, too);
and that way they can seamlessly use same login.
If you'd like, you can check out this video about how to do it.
If you already knew that, my apologies.
Let me know if you have any questions, of course. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
