Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

1) Can we have only wordpress logged in users be able to register for an event?
-
There is no built-in way to do this at this time. We are planning to implement a Membership feature in the future, that can "limit access" only for certain users to be able to access certain pages of the site, but i can't say an ETA on it.
At this time, there can be a workaround.
If you install any Membership plugin, you can then restrict Access only for certain logged-in users to be able to access certain booking pages, that would otherwise be inaccessible by non-logged in visitors.
And using plugin such as User Role Editor, you will be able to add "custom roles" if you need to, to differentiate the users even more, for more custom Access.

We don't have a built-in integration yet for MS Teams. Our developers might add it in the future, but i can't say an ETA on it.
I'll kindly ask you to also add it as your personal feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
I am not sure if it can achieve integration with MS Teams, to be honest, but
this setting can allow you to set several hooks that will send data from the Amelia plugin to any other application. It is good to use this option if you want to send, for example, customer data to some CRM platform. You can use any automation tool that allows you to integrate other applications with Amelia, but in our documentation, we explained connection through Zapier since it is the most popular online automation tool at the moment.

We don't have any built-in features to show gravatars of the users as you described.
Same goes for number 2, our developers might add this feature in the future, but i am unable to say an ETA.
You could also suggest that on the features suggestion page. Perhaps it might be achieved at this time with some custom work, but we do not provide custom solutions.
If you wish you can reach our to a team that does custom solutions, such as WP Kraken - but we don't know their pricing.
-
And you also asked previously is there a way to include a teams URL in the Event Booked email to all the customers;
Yes, you can create various custom HTML as part of the notifications for customers.
You can switch notification editing to HTML mode, as shown on this image; and you can switch back to "text mode" at any point as well.
Let me know if you have any further questions, please. Thank you.

Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out some of the plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,
we would assist you with our support along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.
But there's one small thing I need your help with before I can finalize on making the purchase -
Currently while booking an event a user has to first click “Continue” button after which the registration form is revealed post which the user again has to click on “Confirm”.
Can we somehow avoid the first step, that is, the step where the user has to click on “Continue” and directly take the user to the booking form where the user only has to press “Confirm” after filling the details in the form?
This would improve the user experience and save one unnecessary click of the user.
Please suggest if this can be done with a few tweaks.
- Unfortunately, sorry to disappoint you, but at this moment we don't have any solution or workaround to skip that first "Continue" step as you described.
I will pass the suggestion to the developers, to see if they might add that in the future.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Hello,
At my organisation, we use Microsoft Teams. Is it possible to integrate MS Teams just like there is an option to integrate Zoom or Google Meet?
If not, can there be a way to include a teams URL in the Event Booked email to all the customers?
Please let me know.
Thanks
R
Hello,
We are trying to use Amelia solely for online event registrations and had a few questions regarding the possibilities on our wordpress website –
1) Can we have only wordpress logged in users be able to register for an event?
2) Can we integrate MS Teams instead of Zoom. Our company uses MS Teams.
3) Can we display the gravatars of the users who register for an event? Like showcase gravatars of users who are attending this event?
Please answer all the questions that we have for us to make a decision on whether to purchase Amelia or look for another solution.

I think I can manage without these for now.
