We noticed some instabilities in the connections between Amelia and Google and Outlook calendars. Sometimes the appointments synch, sometimes not; some times updates are pushed, sometimes not.
I believe it would be extremely beneficial if you could implement some keepalive signal with a green/red status and/or logs to see and debig connection issues with the calendars.
Another related point, when one of our workers places notes on their Google calendar in regards of an appointment, the customer receives an update with the inserted notes
i checked the configuration but couldn't find any point that indicates that updates from our workers would trigger an update to the customers with the worker's notes. Is it a bug ?

Hello Andy,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
The first part should not be possible - we have never been able to reproduce that problem, in the 4 years that Amelia has been here.
The customer gets an update in their calendar when an employee changes something if they are added as a guest.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
