This usually happens if your mail is set to PHP. We strongly recommend changing mail service setting to SMTP or Mailgun because email that is sent with PHP Mail generally gets flagged as spam by mail servers and can also take some time to send. You can read more about it here.
I have just noticed that all notifications to the employer and customer are going to the junk folders.
