I hope you don't mind, i used some credentials i found from old tickets, to log into the WP Admin of the site https://k-studio.co.il/wp-admin .
1. First, I sent a successful test notification for Approved booking
Then i checked your notification setup, and i can see you did not enable them:
Please make sure to tick them as enabled, like this:
And then, you can even set a notification for both pending and approved. Here is my local example:
So, i believe if you enable notifications on the checkboxes, they should be working.
But please let me know if the issue remains.

i checked your Appointment list;
and i can see for one Appointment, there is a cancelled person; it is still showing on the list;
we made that by default so that you can see who cancelled appointments;
the customer will still be showing on the appointments list ; but the spot is actually free, and anyone can book their spot, it will be available.
Here is my test example:
Here we have for the 9th of May, at 9 : 30 AM, for a service than only accepts maximum of 1 person,
someone who has cancelled, and then someone else booked the same spot.
If you wish to remove the cancelled one to now show anymore, you have to manually delete them as shown on the screenshot.

Thank you for clarifying, i did not correctly understand at first, now i see.
Earlier when we were testing SMS messages, you had 0 balance, and that is why no message was coming through.
But now we can see that you recharged your SMS balance, and we successfully sent a test message to a phone:
Recharge Balance
On the right side of your SMS notifications page, you will see your current balance and besides it the option “Recharge Balance”. Once you click on it the modal will open with three payment amounts: $10, $20, $50, $100, $200, and $500. Choose one of them and click on the “Recharge” button and the modal for payment will open. Just one note: If you are from a country where VAT or GST applies, a VAT/GST charge will be added to the transaction.
Important to note, is, the price of SMS is for one segment; it is also taking more space when you use special characters.
Your current setup how you wrote the SMS, has 3 segments, which means the charge of each SMS will be charged x3 ( times 3);
if you wish it to be cheaper, you can see to shorten the message for notification.
For example, the last successful SMS was 2 segments.

Currently we don't have that yet; we will work to implement that placeholder in the future, but i can't say an ETA when the developers might start this.
I'll kindly ask you to also add it as your personal feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
- Right now, the only placeholder for number of people booked ; is this one %number_of_persons% ; that one will show how many people have booked the appointment at that moment.

Regarding the Group appointment capacity, if someone cancels an appointment, they will stay in it visually, only at the back-end, but another person can book in their place right away.
We left this so that our users can keep track of who has cancelled.
Then you can manually delete the cancelled persons, and they will disappear from the appointment.
I will show an example of how this Amelia logic works
:
If i schedule a group appointment for 3 people ( on a service capacity of 3), then cancel one of them:
When one cancels, it will still show 3/3, but you can immediately book a new person for the same time-slot, either from the back or front-end.
Then it will become 4/3.
As you can see from the screenshots;
lf i manually delete the cancelled one;
When the cancelled one is deleted, it will say 3/3 again...
We made Amelia logic like this, because most of the users want to keep track of which customers cancelled, at the back-end, so we leave them to show, until you manually delete them from the appointment.

Do you have a screenshot, or even better, if you can record a video of how this issue looks?
- We haven't had any issues with any mobile testing, and we have active QA testers that are intensively testing various devices.
It might be some kind of conflict between Amelia and another active plugin on your site, that is overriding Amelia Javascript or Bootstrap for mobile screens, but not sure.
We will certainly test the mobile version of the site, as well, while we continue working on the SMS issues.
The problem wasn't that there's no SMS notifications for all appointments but only for appointments which was pending and become approved or appointments which are approved and being canceled or rescheduled.
Also, my reschedule option isn't work well unfortunately... It shows the small window to choose another time but after I click "finish" it does nothing (not showing "appointment rescheduled" notification and still at the same time as always).

Another issue I found- once my customers are trying to reschedule their appointments, sometimes it works and sometimes it's not.
In the settings I've disabled the minimum time to reschedule so that's not the problem.
