We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, is there anyway to view all the classes or services we provide on a given day? For example...
Monday, May 2
1-2 PM ON-ICE Power Skating (Private)
2-3 PM ON-ICE Hockey (Group)
3-4 PM OFF-ICE Stick Handling (Group)
3-4 PM OFF-ICE In-line Skating (Group)
That way our customers can view all options for that day rather that filtering through our 4+ different services to find a day and time that works.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to get back to you, we apologize for the delay, due to a high volume of tickets our team has received due to our national holodays, our response time has been delayed, but we're working to ensure everyone receives the help they're needing!
Amelia is designed so that you have to choose the service first and then the time.
But when the service and employee are selected, the time and date are automatically filtered and the time and dates for when that service is available for booking are displayed.
This is all done automatically so unfortunately, we don't understand where the issue is. In any case, we are sending our complete list of shortcodes are available that we think that it will be of much use to you in the future
