When booking appointments for home inspections, the client types his details into the booking app.  But, when I get the notification it shows the address as my business address and not the client's address which I need it to show.  Please let me know how to fix this.  Also, I have this integrated with my google calendar.  When an appointment is made the google calendar shows a different, earlier time, off by several hours.  thank you.

    Hello Kenneth,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to get back to you, we apologize for the delay, due to a high volume of tickets our team has received due to our national holodays, our response time has been delayed, but we're working to ensure everyone receives the help they're needing!

Location-address placeholders are used to display your addresses to customers, they cannot display the customer address. Since this is the custom field you need to enter for example% custom_field_1% placeholder to get this information in the notifications, you can also see the data that the customer fills in by clicking on that appointment in the backend.

As for the time difference between Google Calendar and WordPress you should know that Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, and it relies on WordPress' General settings. You can read here how it works: Time Zones with Amelia

You need to set the same time zones in Google Calendar and in WordPress to match.

Hope this helps. If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
