    Hello,

    After careful scrutiny of yours and many other booking solutions, and after hacking around in so many demos trying to get my (simple sounding) needs met I'm just about to press the buy button for Amelia...

    But then I spot a problem that i cannot resolve.

    It seems that time slots (for an employee) are not blocked until capacity for a booked service is met. This is incompatible with my company offering "private sessions" for individuals and for small groups. Our services are private to that group, but the group size will vary. I sure would like to see a toggle to "only allow one booking per time slot" in the service configuration screen.

    Any chance that your platform could address my needs for offering private sessions to groups of varied size?

    Hello Manuel,

    Thank you for expressing interest in the Amelia plugin and apologies for the delayed response as we had our National holiday for the past few days.

    For that purpose, you could enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments page. If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity, but once they book for any capacity above the minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others. If enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.

    Sorry I didn't mention, but I don't need a site wide solution. My company hosts BOTH private services (for groups and individuals) as well as open (not private) group services. The former needs this solution, of having the time slot closed upon first booking. The latter does not. Our open group services need time slots to stay open until max capacity is met, and would be hindered by the site-wide setting you mentioned. 

    If that same setting were to be available on a "per service" basis, my problems would be solved. I'm sure others would benefit by this as well.
