In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    Hallo,

    ich habe das Problem das die Diagramme nicht aufsteigend von links nach rechts sortiert werden. Im Anhang zwei Diagramme. Das untere Diagramm  (1,2,3,4 Monate) sortiert richtig das obere (3,1,4,2 Monate) ist nicht richtig obwohl Abfragen und Parameter gleich sind.

    Können Sie mir sagen wie ich die Monate sortiert bekomme?

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.


    And please if you can send me a link to the front-end page, 

    and point out what chart ID they have, and which are the table ID(s) of the tables that the data comes from to make it easier to search the back-end.

    Hello,

    thank you for your reply. Unfortunately Wordpress is only used on the intranet. Unfortunately, access from outside is therefore not possible. I made screenshots of the tables for you. Is it possible to define the sorting somewhere? I hope you have another idea for me
