Hello, is possible to set reply to mail to %customer_email% for employees mails? For example someone order a service employee received an email and this employee want to send email to this client but if push reply in email client he will see his own mail in line with mail to.
Yes, if you put that placeholder, the employee can only click on the e-mail of the customer and write to him, a new window will open and it will look like this
