The backend customers tab doesn't show what service the customer has bought, neither how many, neither how many appointments there are left to book (in a package).
All it shows is "last appointment".
There also doesn't seem to be a way to concede services or packages through the backend (not that I know of).
Thank you for the suggestion in the first part of your query.
The developers might add this in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/ and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can also follow our changeLog page, where we present any changes/new features at every update.
In regards to the second part of your query. Can you please elaborate on that?

In the second part, I'm referring to the ability to add a service to an already existing customer without having him go through the booking process.
For example, a way that I can add a package on a customer's panel, so he can book directly through the customer's panel.
Hello Lui,
Thank you for clearing that up.
In regards to the packages being assigned to the customer from the back-end, that is currently not possible with Amelia's built-in features.
Hope this helps you.

Yeah, I figured, it's really annoying that this isn't already a thing, feels so intuitive.
