Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello, I just did several tests and I still have the same problem.
It works only once (when I empty the cache of my browser. ) the hours are visible but the continue button does not allow to continue (see attached image)
After this first operation it does not give any more. The problem that I asked yesterday resurfaces. indefinite loading.
Its been many week we bought the application and we are nit able to let our client an appointment online. Could you please give us a solution urgently?
Apologies for the delayed response as we had our National holiday for the past few days.
I have performed additional checks on your website and this is the error message that is displayed when the service is chosen.
This means that something is using up approx. 256 MB (your site's PHP memory limit), and Amelia can't allocate 0.004 MB (both insignificant in size) due to this. Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP Memory limit, along with the timeout limit on your site.
After that, purge all cache from the site, and you should be able to access Amelia's pages.
Once the plugin has changed on the site and I select the service; the form does not continue and does not want to advance to the service concerned.
