We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi
We use Amelia to book an arena for horse activities and had an issue with a customer booking a 2 hour and 1 hour Appointment to use the arena, and then Amelia allowing an Event to be booked for the same time.
To test this - If I create an Event for May 2nd at 10-11am and then try to book an Appointment for the same date and time, Amelia hides the 10am slot - as already taken by the Event.
If I create the 1 hour Appointment first for May 2nd at 10-11am and then try to book an Event for the same date and time, Amelia allows the Event.
When booking, Appointments and Events use the same location and staff member.
Can you check this out please and advise if it's something we have wrong in the setup or something?

In the meantime, we realized what you meant exactly we do not need a video anymore. Yes that is how Amelia works for now, but we have forwarded it to our developers and we hope that it will be changed in the future.
