    [EDIT] Turns out I had to add the service to employee's Work Hours tab too. Would be nice that the service is being added by default to that when saved and if one wants to edit the days and work hours to which the service is associated with he do that later on.

    Hi,

    Trying to create a new Amelia service (with it's own category) and assign it to my current and only employee. When everything is done and saved the service doesn't display on the frontend as if there is no employee assigned. I have even tried to duplicate it and create it from scratch but got the same result with this employee. The service shows up in the employee's profile as assigned too. When I tried to create test employee and assigned the service to it, the service shows up on the frontend. When I remove the test employee it's gone again.

    Let me know how to fix this.

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    It took me some time to see exactly how to replicate this, seems that i didn't understand the issue right away.

    I have created new service, from a new category, and if i try to assign an employee that has "same work hours for all services", then i can't replicate the issue. ( The front-end shows the service available right away).

    But if i select employee that has specific work hours only for certain services, then it happens.

    Basically, if you have set individual Work Hours for each service - Then if you add another service, you have to specify the work hours for it, until that it won't be available for booking;

    But if you set the same work hours "Applied to all services", then the new service will set the "default work hours set for all services" ;

    and the service will be immediately available for booking on the front end.
