Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

As you maybe already know, this can currently only be done using a Simple table type;
this table type is the ability to reorder and resize rows and columns freely. To reorder them, simply click on rows or columns you wish to move, and you’ll see the cursor change to a hand. Then you can drag and drop the selection, as shown in the GIF below:
The other table types, such as Manual tables, still don't have this functionality,
but the developers have this in their scope for the future, but I can't say an ETA.
If you didn't already, you can suggest this as a built-in feature on this link (https://wpdatatables.com/documentation/feature-suggestion/) and our developers would place it on their "TO-DO" list.
As more customers request a feature, it gets pushed quicker on the list. We always strive to make our product better and deliver the most value to our end users, so we carefully review each suggestion.
- You can also follow our changeLog page (https://wpdatatables.com/help/whats-new-changelog/) , where our developers state any changes/ new features/ bug fixes at each Update.
I am hoping they will be able to add it as part of one of the next updates, but i can't promise an ETA due to various unpredictable development factors.
No problem at all, i am happy to be of assistance, or sometimes at least to point out the current limitations, with hope of improving it in the future.
Thank you for the suggestion, i will personally follow to keep a look-out as well, and hopefully the devs might start working on it soon.
If anything else happens, of course, don't hesitate to open new tickets. Thanks
I've been using wpdatatables for 2 years and just wondering if you have plans on implementing these features:
1. Move the location of rows so for example, I can move row 9 to row 1, vice versa.
2. We can add a new row in between 2 existing rows.
Warm Regards,
Joe
This is for Manual Tables.
