Just updated to the latest version of the plugin and it's now not working. Meaning it doesn't load the calendar view on the front end it just keeps loading/buffering and cannot do anything else to complete the booking process. Now i have reverted my website from a backup.

Would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

I don't know what's going on with Amelia but this is not working on our live website and support takes forever so please excuse me for getting a bit cranked up. With the latest version the book now button after calendar date is chosen just loads forever and with version 4.5.1 now I get this error in the attached image:

It is quite frustrating for us, but I can't even begin to imagine how it is from your end.
We did not have another report quite like this yet. There are a couple of other small bugs that we successfully resolved with a fix, but this is a different issue.
We will certainly keep intensively checking with the developer Team, and they are doing their best to isolate the issue for us.
The developers have found, on both the older and latest Amelia version;
on this plugin 'Freesoul Deactivate Plugins' settings , for that particular booking page, the WooCommerce was disabled, and it was creating these errors.
As soon as the developer enabled WooCommerce in the 'Freesoul Deactivate Plugins' for the page,
the booking starts to work without issues.
So, our suggestion is, if you can please update Amelia again to the latest version; and please check in 'Freesoul Deactivate Plugins' to enable WooCommerce for the booking page, and it should work.

Alternatively, if you have to revert to the older version, you can do so - but if you can at least take a moment to take a screenshot of the browser developer console, with the console tab, and the network tab screenshots showing any errors highlighted in red color;
This is a glitch that we dealt with only a couple of times, and we will work to fix it permanently in the future;
Basically something happened so the database did not correctly update all the Amelia fields.
I tried to access your database on the live site, but it seems you didn't give us Access to the database yet, from your hosting ; at least i can't find the access and credentials anywhere;
so i tried installing this plugin WP PhPMyAdmin that can also access your DB remotely; but it says i have no access, possibly some security feature of the hosting or site :
I will give you instructions to fix this, and if you can't do it, we can do it for you - If you can send us Access information for your Database;
But you can give it a try, here are the instructions :
If you log into your database, find these 2 tables: wp_amelia_users and wp_amelia_events
( the wp_ prefix is default WordPress, but on your database it is probably different, but you can easily recognise it, all the tables will have the same prefix) ;
In wp_amelia_events, you will have to add a new column, and copy the same setup as i have on my database here :
Column name : maxCustomCapacity
Type : Numeric > INT
Length, values : 11
Default : NULL
And set those 2 checkboxes, as on my image, for Null and Adjust Privileges;

Also add new column, name it timeZone and copy the same settings as are shown on my image above.

Ok so I tested creating an entirely new service to test with on the same page and it works as it should so probably something went wrong with these services from that exact category. My guess is that it's from when changing the WooCommerce products because at first I created a new product for this category and then deleted it and switched back to the default one in the services so should be something related to this. You might want to check this behaviour.
I have been trying to figure this out on my own since you sent the response yesterday, but i will need help from the developers, it is a bit above my level of expertise, for the WooCommerce errors.
- They are not at the Office during weekend, so i will get assistance from them first thing at Monday, as early as possible, and i will make sure to pass all the details that we discovered since then.

I agree with you, it does seem exactly as you described, seems that we are getting very close to isolate what happened for that particular service category.
Just played some more since I started getting errors again. I figured out what was causing them. I had the WooCommerce redirection set to Amelia Calendar after booking. After I changed it to WooCommerce thank you page everything is working as it should. Of course currently losing the option for our clients to add to calendar which would be nice so you can look into that problem probably. Everything working as it should now. Thank you for your efforts.

I am happy to see that the main issue is resolved, at least you can get the bookings going, which is the most important goal;
but regarding the redirection to allow customers to add to calendar,
i will see with the developers if they got any temporary workaround to allow redirection to Amelia calendar at this time, and we will work on a permanent fix as well as soon as possible.
I will come back to confirm once they take another look at everything.
The developers took another look. We should be able to completely resolve Adding to Calendar, and redirection.
- For example, on this page https://studio246.bg/book-3hrs/ , they can successfully redirect to Amelia Add to calendar page;
for the page https://studio246.bg/book-2hrs/ at first did not work, because you had some plugins deactivated for that page through the Freesoul Deactivate Plugins;
when they checked to activate all the plugins on that page, everything functioned without issues, and redirected.

Also, on the Amelia General Settings, they noticed you did not enable the option : Show Add To Calendar option to customers;
Just to note to double-check that as well.

I got confirmation by the developers, they have identified the root of the issue;
A fix will be released as part of the upcoming Update.

ronnie, i am not sure if you have the exact same issue. If you wish, you can open a new ticket, and we can investigate your booking site to see if it is exactly the same; or you can wait for a couple of days when we launch the new Update;
and after the update, you can check if the issue is fixed.
But the problem is that this exact website page now takes the FONT properties of Amelia and makes our font smaller. Can we please have a fix for that and if you can let me know how to fix it temporarily quickly as now only this page has smaller font and our other pages seem fine. It normalizes when I turn off Amelia on that page.

Ok so I tested creating an entirely new service to test with on the same page and it works as it should so probably something went wrong with these services from that exact category. My guess is that it's from when changing the WooCommerce products because at first I created a new product for this category and then deleted it and switched back to the default one in the services so should be something related to this. You might want to check this behaviour.

I have been trying to figure this out on my own since you sent the response yesterday, but i will need help from the developers, it is a bit above my level of expertise, for the WooCommerce errors.
- They are not at the Office during weekend, so i will get assistance from them first thing at Monday, as early as possible, and i will make sure to pass all the details that we discovered since then.

I agree with you, it does seem exactly as you described, seems that we are getting very close to isolate what happened for that particular service category.

Just played some more since I started getting errors again. I figured out what was causing them. I had the WooCommerce redirection set to Amelia Calendar after booking. After I changed it to WooCommerce thank you page everything is working as it should. Of course currently losing the option for our clients to add to calendar which would be nice so you can look into that problem probably. Everything working as it should now. Thank you for your efforts.

Thank you for this update, and well done for isolating the issue further, by changing the redirection.
I can see exactly what you mean.
I am happy to see that the main issue is resolved, at least you can get the bookings going, which is the most important goal;
but regarding the redirection to allow customers to add to calendar,
i will see with the developers if they got any temporary workaround to allow redirection to Amelia calendar at this time, and we will work on a permanent fix as well as soon as possible.
I will come back to confirm once they take another look at everything.

The developers took another look. We should be able to completely resolve Adding to Calendar, and redirection.
- For example, on this page https://studio246.bg/book-3hrs/ , they can successfully redirect to Amelia Add to calendar page;
for the page https://studio246.bg/book-2hrs/ at first did not work, because you had some plugins deactivated for that page through the Freesoul Deactivate Plugins;
when they checked to activate all the plugins on that page, everything functioned without issues, and redirected.

Also, on the Amelia General Settings, they noticed you did not enable the option : Show Add To Calendar option to customers;
Just to note to double-check that as well.

Can you please tell us, if you still have the redirection issues, and point out on which pages it happens,
and our devs should be able to troubleshoot them for us?

A fix will be released as part of the upcoming Update.
I can't guarantee the exact day, but it should be one the upcoming several days.
When you update the plugin, this should be completely fixed.

ronnie, i am not sure if you have the exact same issue. If you wish, you can open a new ticket, and we can investigate your booking site to see if it is exactly the same; or you can wait for a couple of days when we launch the new Update;
and after the update, you can check if the issue is fixed.

All good now and actually loving the new 2.0 step booking form and already implemented it on our website - https://studio246.bg/snimachno-studio-pod-naem-sofia/
But the problem is that this exact website page now takes the FONT properties of Amelia and makes our font smaller. Can we please have a fix for that and if you can let me know how to fix it temporarily quickly as now only this page has smaller font and our other pages seem fine. It normalizes when I turn off Amelia on that page.
