We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
How do I change the comma separator when export table data to csv?
I need change "," to ";".
I already changed on setting -> Main Configuration, but when export table data to CSV, still get "," as separator.
Hi, Adrian
Firstly i want to apologise for the delayed response time.
We celebrated our Orthodox Easter, which has slowed down our working pace.
Thank you very much for your patience.

These functionalities are based on a 3rd party HTML5 library. There are some limitations in this library we will emphasize for your awareness:
The “CSV” button generates a new file that can be opened in a browser or third party spreadsheet editing software, like Libre office. If it is opened in a browser, the file will be in the “Comma-Separated-Values” format out of the table and calls the browser’s “Save as …” dialog so you can choose a path for your file. All the values from your table will be exported including the headers. The cells will be separated by commas, and rows will be separated by line breaks:
This setting that you changed, is only being set for importing CSV to create a table, or linking a table to CSV file source.

Our developers will work to improve the Export functionalities, but I can't say an ETA on it.
You can suggest this as a built-in feature on this page and our developers would place it on their "TO-DO" list.
As more customers request a feature, it gets pushed quicker on the list. We always strive to make our product better and deliver the most value to our end users, so we carefully review each suggestion.
And you can follow our changeLog page, where we always state new features/changes on each Update.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
