1. Amelia has no subscription feature and emails are sent after booking an appointment but we have the option to send appointment reminders with the help of cron
2. Customers can book all appointments for the package immediately if they do not book all at once it is necessary to book the rest of the appointments from the panel
5. Yes you can offer service on several locationss
6. With our option special days you can create special days for any employee and decide on what location it will work that day
7. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.

9. No customer panel is a separate entity

Therefore, refunds should be proceeded manually through the payment system. But you will get the notification about the canceled appointment
