I have been stacking 5 codes of Trafft (+ Agency Developer LTD of Amelia) recently and have already sent a few feature requests and bugs to you. Most bugs have been already fixed ... thank you again!

Since yesterday there is a big change with Zoom Video Meeting app. Up to now FREE Zoom plan allowed for (nearly) unlimited 1:1 meetings. Unfortunately yesterday Zoom announced that they will cut down meeting lengths of free plan to 40 minutes.

What does this mean for Trafft/Amelia?

This is a HUGE change and makes Zoom way more unattractive for most users, since Pro Zoom plans are quite expensive, especially if several employees are already using free Zoom accounts.

This also means, that Zoom integration inside of Trafft/Amelia gets WAY MORE UNATTRACTIVE AND NEARLY NOT USABLE anymore!!!

I have raised this feature request several times to Trafft + Amelia support + I have opened feature tickets (or upvoted existing ones) on Trafft + Amelia feature requests page ...

... but please do NOW REALLY consider (for Trafft + Amelia) to LAUNCH MICROSOFT TEAMS integration as soon as possible.

Yesterday a new booking tool called Vyte (French Company, https://appsumo.com/products/vyte) popped up on AppSumo. They are offering MS Teams out of the box. Calendly also is offering MS Teams out of the box and many others too!!!

Looking forward to receiving a positive answer with MS Teams ETA!

I agree with Micheal. However, I think Google Meet should be integrated in the Customer and Employee panel instead of Zoom.

thanks for your answer, but absolutely NO WAY to get European SERIOUS clients to use Google Calendar (in order to be able to use Google meet) voluntarily and sync all employee calendars to Google Calendar and from there to Amelia/Trafft.

Think about GDPR and Google services. Not a good idea at all from a legal point of view!

So this is not a question of "we would like Amelia/Trafft to launch MS Teams integration". This is more a question: Is Amelia/Trafft willing to stay in the European market for the long run or not.

So this is the real question:
Will Amelia/Trafft like to be used in the whole European Business market or not ... so I really would recommend to launch MS Teams soon, especially because MS Teams is by far the most used online video meeting tool in western Europe!

happy to hear that MS Teams integration is already planned, even it there's no ETA yet. I think this is one of the most important aspects concerning video meetings for European market and a good decision Amelia/Trafft can take.

As I have already stacked several codes of Trafft ... could you please make sure, that Trafft Management will also decide upon bringing MS Teams integration to Trafft App, too?
