I am using Trustpilot and was wondering if there was a way I could add a bcc email address to follow up customer notifications, in order to activate their Automatic Feedback Service, ie customers get sent an invitation to review their experience once their appointment has been completed.
I see that in Notification Settings I am able to send notifications to additional addresses, but will these show up as a cc or a bcc?
Also, the additional bcc address should only appear on specific follow up customer notifications, not every one.. is this possible?
It would be very helpful if I could get this to work as it means I could gather verified service reviews (even if a customer didn't purchase), and not just purchase reviews via WooCommerce.

We are not aware of Trustpilot and we do not know how it works and if it can work with Amelia and for that reason, we can't guarantee you anything.
Send all notifications to additional addresses is option that is designed for Admins and managers to get all the notification that are being sent from Amelia so that they can be up to date with all appointments that the customer have. This is the main purpose so you can not use it for you customers, unfortunately.
All notifications in Amelia are for information about appointments and events and unfortunately, it is not possible to collect reviews from customers for now.
For all the suggestions and integrations that you think it will be useful and that can improve Amelia I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
